App: AI Outfit Generator

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Outfit Generator ("we", "our", or "the App") handles your data.
The App does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, or precise location.
Wardrobe data, reference photos, saved looks, and generated results are stored locally on your device.
When you explicitly approve an AI try-on, the selected reference photo, selected garment photo, and any visible face or body information contained in those images are sent through our Firebase-hosted gateway to the OpenAI API to generate one try-on result. These images are not uploaded until you review the in-app consent sheet and press the approval and generation control.
When you explicitly approve a Pose Studio generation, the latest try-on image is sent through the same gateway to create the selected still pose. Pose Studio does not generate video.
Firebase App Check verifies that requests come from a genuine copy of the App. Google may process device attestation and technical request information for this security purpose. OpenAI and Google process data under their applicable privacy and data-processing terms.
What face data is collected: The App may process the visible face area contained in the reference photo you choose. The App does not scan your face for identity verification, does not compare faces, does not identify you, and does not create a biometric face template or faceprint.
How face data is used: Visible face and body information is used only to help the AI try-on preserve the appearance, pose, and proportions of the person in the reference photo while generating a clothing preview.
Sharing: When you approve an AI try-on, the reference photo containing any visible face/body information is sent through our Firebase-hosted gateway to OpenAI for that single generation. Google/Firebase processes technical request and App Check data for security. We do not sell face data and do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Storage and retention: The reference photo is stored locally on your device until you delete it or delete all app data. The Firebase gateway processes approved requests in transit and does not intentionally store submitted photos, face data, or generated images. Generated results are returned to the App and stored locally on your device. Third-party providers may process or retain request data under their own service terms and privacy commitments.
Your control: You can decline the AI upload consent sheet and keep photos local. You can delete the local reference photo, wardrobe items, generated results, or all app data from inside the App.
The App does not maintain a cloud wardrobe or account profile. The Firebase gateway processes approved try-on requests in transit and does not intentionally store the submitted photos or generated image.
The result is returned to the App and saved locally. Third-party providers may retain or process request data as described in their policies and service terms.
You can delete individual wardrobe items, your reference photo, and generated results in the App. "Delete All Data" in Settings removes the App's local wardrobe records, saved looks, photos, reference, and try-on results. Uninstalling the App also removes its locally stored data.
